Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Realty Invest AF subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle. Access to the selected plan is activated after payment confirmation.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case when they concern duplicate payment, a technical billing error or inability to access the service attributable to Realty Invest AF. Requests must be sent to contact@realtyinvestaf.com within 14 days of payment.

4. Services Already Used

When a subscription has been used to publish, manage or promote listings during the paid period, the refund may be refused or limited according to the usage already made.
