Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Realty invest AF - LDA subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle. Paddle acts as the reseller and merchant of record for payments, refunds and cancellations.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from the Paddle customer portal or through the management link in your Paddle confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges.

3. Refunds

Transactions processed by Paddle are governed by Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. Refund requests must be submitted to Paddle through the receipt, customer portal or https://paddle.net.

4. Paddle Policy

Paddle Refund Policy defines the rules that apply to refunds and statutory withdrawal rights for payments processed by Paddle.
